Facts you should know about Laser Printer Cartridges. 

  • There is a difference between refilled and remanufactured cartridges.

  • The majority of laser cartridges are remanufactured, including some O.E.M. (Original Equipment Manufacturers)

  • Warranties are covered EVEN if you use a compatible or refilled cartridge. 

  • Reconditioned cartridges, whereby all worn components especially the photo conductor drum are replaced with new items and matched toner.

  • Remanufactured carry full Product and Machine guarantee. 

  • Refilled carry full Machine guarantee and warranty.

The confusion in the industry regarding re-manufactured or refilled laser cartridges is because there is no definition as such. It might surprise you to know that the "original" product you are currently using is possibly a re-manufactured product!

Here at C.I.S. we define the products as: 

  1. Compatible.

  • Cleaning blade. 

  • Drum. 

  • Corona Wire. 

  • Mag Roller. 

  • Toner. 

These 5 items are fully guaranteed and tested to equal or better the original product!

  1. Remanufactured.

  • Drum.

  • Toner.

  • Cleaning Blade.

These 3 items are fully guaranteed to equal or better the original product!

  • Mag roller. 

  • Corona wire.

Only replaced if necessary.

  1. Refilled

  • Only toner is replaced and guaranteed 

  • Cleaning blade only replaced if worn. 

All the above C.I.S. programs are fully supported by our technical team and guaranteed safe for printers, including those under warranty. Impression re-manufactured laser cartridges are equal or better than the original at less cost. Each cartridge is carefully disassembled. Individual parts are then systematically cleaned and inspected. Worn or damaged parts are replaced.

What if my CIS refilled cartridge doesn't work?
Hopefully you will never have a problem, but in the unlikely event that you have a problem with your CIS Laser cartridge then we will be there for you. Return the cartridge to us for checking and or a refund.
