TOTAL CARE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
Computer Imaging Technology is proud to introduce their latest unique Printer Service and Preventative Maintenance package called Total Care.
Businesses, big and small, are becoming more and more dependant on expensive office equipment such as printers. Like all other mechanical and electrical devices, printers are subjected to day-to-day wear and tear and, if not regularly serviced, will eventually need to be repaired or replaced. Most maintenance schemes available today will, depending on certain conditions, repair these printers. The problem however is that these schemes are useally quite expensive and are aimed at repairing and not maintaining your printer. Ask yourself this: if your cars tyres are worn, isn't it better to replace them before they burst and cause more damage?
Total Care focuses on providing an affordable means of maintaining your printer in good condition and, in so doing, increase the life span of your printer as well as reduce the need for repairs.
Our program offers you a choice of two different service agreements. These services can be completed either in the workshop or on site at no extra cost. Collections and deliveries are free of charge.
LEVEL ONE - the Technical Service includes Preventative Maintenance as well as a thorough Service. In addition to this, the technician completes a full printer checklist providing you with a detailed report of your printer's condition, as well as the condition of high risk parts such as printer heads, fuser units and others. The Technicians are trained to provide users with useful hints regarding proper use and correct operating procedures of printers and their related consumables.
LEVEL TWO - the Total Care Master Service offers you a maintenance plan that is valid for one year and provides: peace of mind, a well maintained printer, extended printer life and better resale value. This one-year guarateed Master Service includes two full Technical Services and is done whenever you deem it necessary, (Our technical staff will advise you on this). In the unlikely event of repairs being necessary, we will repair your printer at special rates. You will get all parts at our cost price and labour at a 50% discount with a maximum of two hours that can be charged for any repairs.
