RETURNS
At COMPUTER IMAGING SUPPLIES, we sell all of our products with a 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases.
We will gladly refund your money in full – minus original shipping costs – as long as the item has not been used and is returned in its original packaging.
We hope it never comes to this, but if it ever does, please contact us on +27 (0)21 930-1577 during business hours (Monday to Friday - 9am to 4pm) and let us know why you were not happy with your purchase.
If there was something we forgot to mention in our product description or if the product does not meet your expectations, we’d like to know!

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

We completely respect your privacy at COMPUTER IMAGING SUPPLIES. We will never sell, rent or give away your name, email or address to anyone.
We will use your email address only to communicate with you about your orders. If you would like to receive news or information on special promotions, please

Please note that if you register as a customer, your shipping details and billing details (minus credit-card details) will be kept in a secure server for your use the next time you shop with us. However, this information is exclusively used for the handling of your orders and for your added convenience. It will never be sold, rented or given away to a third party.
D. DELIVERY
ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you submit your order to us, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive an e-mail from us notifying you of the date of shipment of your order. All orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within 48hrs from the day we receive it, if in stock.
ORDERS SUBMITTED ON A WEEKEND
Weekend orders are shipped on Tuesday. Please contact us if you do not receive a 2nd email from us within 2 business days confirming shipment of your order.
DELIVERY TO A POST OFFICE BOX
Our courier service provides "door-to-door" service and does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide us with your work address if you would like your order delivered to your office.
ITEM NOT IN STOCK
If any item ordered is out of stock or not available, you will be notified within 1 business day and be given the opportunity to either backorder or cancel.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Select a category from the navigation to display the products you are looking for.

Click on the "Buy now" button associated with the product you would like to order. The product will be listed in the your shopping cart along with any previously selected items.

From the shopping cart click on "Continue Shopping" if you would like to view or purchase other products.

From the shopping cart the quantity of any item can be adjusted and updated by clicking "Update Quantities".

Once you have added all the products you wish to purchase, click "Checkout" from your shopping cart to continue the order process.

Follow the steps presented to complete your order.

You will be sent an order confirmation email on completion of your order.

Once your order has been despatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Normal delivery time is 2-3 business days. If you did not receive a "back order" notification or a "shipment" notification from us, please contact us as soon as possible.
