CIS toners, developers and related products are designed and manufactured to give you the optimum output that your machine was originally designed to produce. CIS warrants that it's products are free from manufacturing defects. New machine warranty requirements are met when CIS products are installed and used according to CIS and machine manufacturer's instructions. Should it be proven, and when accompanied by a signed written statement from an Authorised Machine Service Representative, that CIS product(s) caused damage to parts of a machine, then CIS will be responsible for the repair or replacement of the damaged parts. CIS also reserves the right to inspect the damaged parts, before the parts are replaced by another technician or company.
No other warrantees expressed or implied are covered by the warranty including consequential or related damages such as machine lost time.
